IPCD is a non-profit non-governmental organization that is committed to the prevention and control of TB, other chronic lung and non-communicable diseases in Nigeria. The organization is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria. The membership of the organization comprises experienced public health specialists in public health organizations and academic institutions, physicians, paediatricians, finance specialists, media and publicity specialists, social scientists and laboratory scientists. Our members are professionals with high level of integrity and honesty with a proven record of outstanding performance in their various disciplines.

ADVOCACY
IPCD supports public health authorities in developing policies and innovative strategies in the prevention and control of TB, other chronic lung and non-communicable diseases in Nigeria

RESEARCH
IPCD carry out implementation research and screening activities to help Nigerians live longer, We research better methods of detection, treatment and cures for TB, lung and non-communicable diseases.

EDUCATION
We contribute to the early detection of Tuberculosis, chronic lung and non-communicable diseases through various health sensitization workshops and community awareness activities .

ACCESS TO HEALTH FACILITIES
We promote accessibility to quality health services by persons affected by Tuberculosis, chronic lung and non-communicable diseases. We also facilitate the establishment of DOTS centres in selected LGAs
